- For crown/bridge and denture procedures, payment is due, in full, upon insertion.
- If you have dental insurance that is “assignable” to our office, you are responsible for any amount not covered by your insurer at the time treatment is rendered. Additionally, your plan deductible, if not already satisfied, is due at the time of visit.
- If insurance eligibility cannot be verified prior to treatment, payment in full by you is required at time of treatment. Thereafter, any insurance reimbursement will be assigned directly to you until eligibility is established.
