Dr. Katherine Meshkati grew up in Syosset. After graduating from Syosset High School she attended Binghamton University where she studied psychobiology. In 1997 she enrolled at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she earned her degree with honors. Upon graduation, Dr. Meshkati spent 1 year at North Shore University Hospital as a general resident and decided to stay a 2nd year as a chief dental resident. In 2003 Dr. Meshkati joined our practice. She is currently involved in continuing education and is working towards a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Meshkati has been happily married to Adam since 2001. They have one son, Owen and are expecting their second child in March of 2008.
