Northern State Parkway to Exit 43 Commack Road. At light turn left onto Vanderbilt Motor Parkway. At the next light turn right onto Commack Road heading south. Proceed for 3/10 mile. The office is on the left side just past Lucarelli’s Restaurant.
Westbound
LIE (495 West) to Exit 53 Sagtikos / Sunken Meadow Parkway. Stay on LIE service road to Commack Road. At traffic light turn right onto Commack Road heading north. Proceed for ½ mile. The office is on the right side just past Memorial Sloan Kettering.
Northern State Parkway to Exit 43 Commack Road. Bear right to stop sign and merge onto Commack Road heading south. Proceed for 3/10 mile. The office is on the right side just past Lucarelli’s Restaurant.
From The South Shore
Sagtikos Parkway North to the LIE West. Stay on LIE service road to Commack Road. At traffic light turn right onto Commack Road heading north. Proceed for ½ mile. The office is on the right side just past Memorial Sloan Kettering.
From Jericho Turnpike
Head south on Commack Road. Continue past the Northern State Parkway for 3/10 mile. The office is on the left side just past Lucarelli’s Restaurant.
